The ICT Launch was held on the 11th November 2004 at The CSIR International Convention Centre. It was organised to launch the company’s new name, a beautiful logo, a motto chosen by employees, and a brand new website. We at Manamela Attorneys strongly believe that this information and communication strategy is what we need to foster mutual benefit to both ourselves and all the structures we interact with.
The evening was kicked-off by a welcome speech by the Mistress of Ceremonies, The former Miss City Press, Miss Nomthi Vithi who would compeer the events of the evening.
Mr Gideon Monyemorathoe, the newly appointed Office Manager, welcomed everyone present by saying that, “Shago la moeng le bewa fase ke mong gae.” He added that, we at Manamela Attorneys had a number of reasons for celebration and felt it proper and befitting that our clients come and share that delightful moment with us.
The highlight of the evening was the presentation made the Director, Mr Khashane Manamela, together with the ICT Manager, Mr Matome Ramodike.
In his presentation, Mr Manamela stressed out that the launch was not a disguised Christmas Party but an event to signify the company’s declaration of capability and maturity in rendering legal services.
He said that, “We are here as a sentry of a legion to come and tell you that the storm is over, but the battle has just begun.”
He further added that the company needs the continued support of its clients to grow and to help it to be a competitive firm and not remain a political case forever.
He ended of by thanking all the people who made the night possible.
The launch was concluded by the vote of thanks made by the Public Relations Officer, Ms Nthabeleng Mokitimi.
