Collectively our team of labour lawyers offers effective, progressive and innovative advice to our clients in all aspects of employment and labour law. Our department has since its inception served major corporate clients and trade unions. We are in a strong position to continue doing so.
We have a Jutastat Labour Library, for Labour Law Bulletins and legislation, and other publications like the CCMA awards. Our professionals are well-updated on developments on this area through attending seminars / conferences and recent literature.
Forensic and Investigative Accounting
